Jess comes from an interdisciplinary background. Her focus the last 11 years centering around advocacy of chronically disabled persons with co-occurring disorders. Jess works at the Adolescent PHP/IOP Services of Yale New Haven Health; after transitioning from an inpatient role on the adult mood disorder at Yale Psychiatric Hospital. She currently serves as coordinator for CHATogether, services bridging modalities and cultural alliances for families experiencing mental health crises. Jess has served on the Durham Ethics Commission since April 2023.
Outside of the workplace, Jess spends time in fellowship mentoring women in her community.
